We manufacture glue blender series to meet the needs of PB line with different capacity. Their main technical characteristics are as follows:

    1. Screw feeding is adopted to ensure sequential and unrepeated glue spraying.

    2. Eliminate dead corner of up and down shell and middle shaft to ensure equal cooling.

    3. Blend flaker at low speed to avoid breakage of flaker.

    4. Position and manner of glue spraying is different from old glue blender. Vaporousness spraying is adopted to ensure equal glue spraying.

    It is especially suit for straw production line which needs small amount glue and OSB production line which shall ensure the form of flaker.
