The average unit consumption of formaldehyde of our current formaldehyde equipment is around 440kg/t; lowest electricity consumption around 20 kwh/t.
Our company newly developed steam segregator which can segregate the steam at the outlet of oxidation device and can manufacture ～45% formaldehyde through traditional silver technics. It has the merits of low electricity consumption (only 20 kwh/t), low unit consumption (434~440kg/t), economic investment, low temperature of tower, easy control etc. comparing with tail gas circulation method. It has non-replaceable advantage when manufacture formaldehyde under 40%.
Some improvement has also been made to oxidation boiler on the aspects of overcoming heat stress, lowing down the temperature of tower 1# and 2#, protecting silver bed from impulse force of steam.
