1. This set of equipment can bathe cleanly and downrightly, greatly reducing the abrasion of millstone.
Firstly, under the coercive action of drum blender of the bath machine, do blending and cleaning to cleanup and separate most silts and metal impurities from the hub. The minute silts remaining enter the spin-drier to carry through dehydrating treatment; Synchronously, under the spinning action of the spin-drier and the washing-out of the stream, wash the minute silts and impurities completely clean the hub again (through the pore plate of the spin-drier).

2. This hub bath technology can save the energy resource better: this hub bath technology makes the fibrous quality very well for the satisfying consistency of the water-containing rate of the hub. The hub steam can sufficiently separate and synchronously make the steam consumption reduce. Compared with the no-water bath technology, its steam consumption reduces by 15% and energy resource is saved.
3.The hub bath technology adopts spin-drier which dries the hub fully. We adopt advanced spin-drier in bath technology and it can eliminate the water in the hub fully.
