Adjustment and operation gum system
（Weightlessness Method）
Our company provides supporting gum equipments for the customers, which meet the needs of gum demand, and supporting year yield is about squares 15,000-square 150,000 in artificial plank production lines. Weight metrological method is adopted, which is much more accurate than volume metrological method.
1. PLC is adopted in controlling systems, or interface of man-machine is full-automatic control. Thus instant amount of material (such as wood chips etc. raw material quantity) and instant gum quantity used are shown，which can be adjusted according to process in the interface at any time.
2. Real time state is shown about each work segment in the interface, and some data can be kept periodically, connected into printer and output immediately. 3. The ratio of raw material is adjusted automatically by adjustment gum system in accordance with material (such as wood chips etc. raw material) output signals.
4. According to material (such as wood chips etc. raw material) output signals, the gum amount is adjusted automatically so that amount of gum should be more reasonable, more eve. Gum quantity is controlled well, that is to say, production operation cost is controlled.
5. The amount of raw material (gum, curing agent etc.) is adjusted automatically by frequency changer elements in order to increase production quality and to lower production cost in the meantime.
6. Flowmeter is adopted calculably in the gum system, attained to regulate frequency changer elements and made operational speed of the whole system reach the most reasonable.
