1. Board reaction kettle introduced from abroad has the disadvantage of bearing low pressure and having lots welding points and the speed and blending of exchange thermal medium is uneven. We settled out a set of reaction kettle with new structure by ourselves combining advantages of board reaction kettle and domestic jacket reaction kettle. The newly developed reaction kettle has the merits of high pressure resistance, few welding parts, uneasy rubbering, high efficiency of cooling which are recognized by many customers. Under the condition of ensuring the results of heat exchanging, it is more favorable for the flow of material. And the blending is more even while power consumption is low. In order to reduce the rubbering and ensure heat exchange area, parts of heat exchanging area is put outside of kettle which is juxtaposed and welded on the wall of kettle in the form of semi-tube. The main purpose is to force medium to flow in heat exchanger and have small difference in up and down temperature within kettle. On the other side this device can also function to strengthen barrel.
2. Code of blender: pushing blender is usually chosen for reaction kettle, however, it is recommended to choose turbine blender as per following reason:Requirement of technics to blending is the key point for choosing code. Solid particles have to be suspended evenly in the liquid as for the type of solid suspending dissolve.
Turbine blender can lift solid particles for favorable dissolve. It is recommended to use turbine blender when solid particles are at the bottom of kettle in the form of taper and semicircle.
The biggest capacity is 60 and smallest capacity is 100L。 |
