As a full set of automatically-controlled equipment, the full set of glue-making equipment provided by us to Malaysia POLIMA company has made full consideration technologically, and make constructive adjustment in equipment configuration, which can better adapt to the production requirement of directional flakeboard production of the company.
1. At the same time, the customer has made higher precision on material gauge, and has put forward clearly to measure the flow of solidifier and paraffin. Our technicians have made consideration from the perspective of not much application of solidifiers and paraffin, the selected diameter of flow gauge is very small, which is only DN5-10. So it can easily cause the solidification phenomenon within the flow gauge, for this, we have conducted heat preservation treatment on the flow gauge, and control the temperature within a certain temperature scope, to stop an end to the solidification phenomenon of two kinds of materials. At the same time, we design a set of cleaning device which can make the conveyance more smooth. With not much investment, it relieves the misgivings of customers fundamentally.
2. According to the production demand, the customer has equipped an intermediate glue storage tank which is discharged by glue mixer. In the design process, our engineers have made considerations that flakeboard contains glue in the paring materials, thinks thoughtfully for customers to install a set of mixing device for the equipment for free. At the same time, the bottom is designed into cone entrance, in which mixing blade at the bottom is designed near the discharging opening, which can completely avoid the accumulation phenomenon of glue.
3. With consideration that the customer has adopted transducer and flow gauge on original glue, we have cancelled original glue gauge device in the old technology, and make the equipment configuration more concise.
The designs on details have drawn approval from the customers. Minute perfection make our customers fully feel that our work is precise, at the same time, make our customers draw benefit from it.
