The engineer of the company has high requirements to the monitoring and control, which mainly embodies: the monitor and control of the production monitor and provisional observation and adjustment of specific work parameter.
So we have made a whole set of automatic control system and added monitoring devices in two aspects.
1. The perfecting of monitoring: two big display screen is used for weighing system, in replace of the original small liquid digital screen , which is more convenient for workers in on-site operation and monitoring and control.
2. From the perspective of safety, in order to take salvage measures to over-temperature and overpressure in production process. Our company has equipped a set of automatic addition fire brigade facilities, to prevent the occurrence of glue agglomeration within the kettle, to eliminate trouble for customers.
